How it works

FORM

1. Fill out your parts form and the team will confirm availability and price for your requested part.

PAY

2. Contact us by phone or call into see us to pay for all parts before placing your order

COLLECT

3. We’ll contact you when your parts are ready for collection. Collections can be made during our normal office hours.

Tell us what you need

Please fill in as much of the form as possible, to help us locate your part. If you’re unsure of stove type or the part required, you will find this in your manual. Alternatively, you can send us a picture to us and we’ll identify what you need.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your form.
